Ingredients:
1 pound Chinese-style roast pork, thinly sliced
1 cup won bok kim chee
2 can (14 1/2 ounces) chicken broth
1 cup water
2 1-inch piece fresh ginger root, crushed
1 block of tofu, cubed
Instructions:
In a large saucepan, fry roast pork, add the kim chee and fry together. Add remaining ingredients; boil until soup is hot. Enjoy!
