Ingredients:
3 lbs hamburger
1 small onion
1 small green pepper
1 can tomato chunks
1 cup cooked rice
1/2 tsp Chili powder
1/2 tsp sugar
1/2 tsp Oregano
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
Brown hamburger with onion and green pepper. Mix together remaining ingredients and bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes. Enjoy! Easy and ono.
