Ingredients:
1-1/2 lbs ground beef
1 small onion, chopped
1 egg
1/4 cup shoyu
1/4 cup sugar
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 tsp fresh ginger, minced
2 stalks green onion chopped
1 Tbsp sesame oil
Instructions:
Combine all ingredients: mix well. Form into patties or place all in baking pan to make meat loaf. Fry, grill or broil until desired done-ness.
