Ingredients:
3 lbs Hamburger
1 small Onion
1 small Green pepper
1 can Tomato chunks
1 cup cooked Rice
1/2 tsp Chili powder
1/2 tsp Sugar
1/2 tsp Oregano
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
Brown hamburger with onion and green pepper. Mix together remaining ingredients and bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes.
