Salt and Pepper
1/3 cup water
1 long green squash (cleaned and cut into bite size cubes)
1-2 Tbsp. cooking oil

Heat up a wok or large frying pan with the cooking oil and let it heat for a minute then throw in your squash with salt and pepper and fry together for at least 3-4 minutes.
