Chili Chicken

Ingredients:

Chicken Drummettes
Salt
Pepper
Garlic Powder
Flour

Sauce:
1/2 cup Aloha shoyu
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/4 tsp chili powder
2 cloves garlic - crushed

Instructions:

Season chicken in salt, pepper and garlic powder. Roll in flour and deep fry until golden brown. Drain on paper towels. Mix sauce ingredients. Dip fried chicken in sauce and serve with hot rice.
