Mochiko Chicken


Ingredients:

4 Tbsp mochiko flour
4 Tbsp cornstarch
4 Tbsp sugar
4 Tbsp shoyu
2 Clove garlic minced
1⁄2 tsp grated ginger
1 Tbsp sesame seeds
1⁄4 Cup thinly sliced green onions
1⁄2 tsp Salt
2 eggs beaten
2lbs de-boned chicken thighs
oil for frying

Instructions:

Cut chicken into bite-size pieces (or slightly larger). In a bowl, mix together all the ingredients Then marinate chicken for 2 hours or overnight in refrigerator. Fry in hot oil (about 1 inch deep) until thoroughly cooked and golden brown on both sides. Enjoy!
