Baked Chow Mein

Ingredients:

1/4 lb char siu, sliced thin
2 pkg. chow mein noodles
1/2 pkg, bean sprouts
carrots, sliced thin
string beans, sliced thin
2 Tbsp. shoyu
2 Tbsp. oyster sauce
1 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 C peanut oil

Instructions:

In a bowl, mix the shoyu, oyster sauce, garlic powder & oil. Put all the ingredients into a broiler pan and mix well. Bake at 350 degrees for about 25 minutes. Enjoy!
