Wet Ginger Adobo


Ingredients:

6 chicken thighs
1 cup shoyu (soy sauce)
1-1/2 cups vinegar
1 whole bulb garlic, separated and crushed
1" ginger crushed and sliced into 3 pieces
4 bay leaves
1/2 tablespoon peppercorns
1 onion, chopped
3 tablespoons brown sugar
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

Instructions:

In a large pot add all the ingredients and simmer until the chicken is cooked through. If you like a thicker sauce, add cornstarch mixed with water to thicken. Enjoy with rice. Ono!
