Teriyaki Burger

Ingredients:

1&1/2 lbs ground beef
1 small onion, chopped
1 egg
1/4 C shoyu
1/4 C sugar
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 tsp fresh ginger, minced
2 stalks green onion, chopped
1Tbsp sesame oil

Instructions:

Combine all the ingredients in a medium size bowl. Form into patties. Your choice of frying, grilling or broiling til done. Enjoy with rice or as a burger. ONO!
